Updated instruction manual.  Mostly tips for landing and using the easy auto start engines

Updated 07/26/2023   Updated instructions.  Using reverse thrusters for best landings! In general, do not use full flaps at 40 degrees for any landings. Full flaps are more for flying very slow in robot mode and enjoying the scenery.  The lift characteristics with full flaps make it difficult to descend predictably.  Instead, use no flaps or middle flap setting of 20 degrees.  Reverse thrusters make a big difference when stopping in a short distance.  Plus it is really fun using reverse thrusters!

Updated 09/17/2023   Simple update suggestions for auto repair and refuel.  If you find yourself in a bad situation and out of fuel.  Use  Repair/Refuel hotkey  ALT + F   . Also if your engines shut down when out of fuel, or you start from a parking position at an airport with engines off... then use  CTRL + E to start engines anytime the engines are off.
